Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
Yes! We ship to all major cities — Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, and more. For remote areas, delivery times may vary slightly.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days in major cities and 5–7 working days in other regions.
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan, plus online payment options via debit/credit cards and bank transfers for your convenience.
Is Cash on Delivery available everywhere?
Yes, COD is available in most parts of Pakistan. For certain remote areas, we may request advance payment.
How can I track my order?

What is your return & exchange policy?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you can request an exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Do you provide warranty on watches or jewellery?
Yes, selected products — especially watches — come with a 6-month service warranty covering manufacturing faults. (Accidental damage isn’t covered.)
